A New Era of Wellness: The Vitality Wellness Club

The newest addition to downtown State College is designed to recharge the body and mind. Step into the ultimate fitness zone at Vitality Wellness Club which offers a state-of-the-art sauna, cycle studio, Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy, Kaqun Hydro Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and more. Founded by Olympic medalists and former collegiate wrestlers David Taylor and Kyle Dake, their services offer holistic health, elevate your physical being, soothe inflammation, support detoxification and improve recovery time.

Where is the Vitality Wellness Club location?

When you’re ready to rejuvenate, you can visit the Vitality Wellness Club at 114 S. Garner St. State College, PA 16801. Taylor and Dake also own the new K2 Roots, where you can grab a snack or smoothie on your way in or out. They notably offer the Hailey Bieber smoothie, a viral drink that is originally from Erwhon Market in Los Angeles, California.

The Hyperbaric Chamber involves breathing pure oxygen inside a pressurized environment. It is aimed at battling bacteria, reducing inflammation and supporting overall health. They also offer a lymphatic drainage suit, designed to reduce swelling and deliver detoxification and weight loss. Take a soak with Kaqun Hydro Therapy, a relaxing treatment meant to deliver oxygen across all cells. State College is the first city in Pennsylvania to offer Kaqun Hydro Therapy, as it can only be found in Los Angeles, New York City and Clearwater.

How much is a membership?

According to Vitality Wellness Club, their individualized services range from $29 to $129. Day passes are $59 and packages are $79 to $99. Monthly memberships range from $249 to $299.
