Kelsey Bell

Kelsey Bell is currently enrolled in an integrated undergraduate-graduate program at Penn State, completing her undergraduate degrees in Advertising/Public Relations and International Politics while simultaneously pursuing a master's degree in International Affairs. Outside the classroom, she enjoys photography and exploring new places, always looking to expand her photography portfolio with each hike or spontaneous trip she takes.
