So you’re craving something salty but you don’t want to regret it later? Say no more — these carrot fries are the perfect snack. They’re cheap, require few ingredients and barely take any time at all!
Ingredients:
2 large carrots
I Can’t Believe its Not Butter! Spray
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Dried Basil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°
2. Peel and cut carrots into eighths (approximately)
3. Toss carrots in butter spray and seasonings (feel free to substitute any spices you think would work)
4. Place carrots on top of a baking sheet covered with foil.
5. Bake for 25 minutes and serve.
I prefer to dip them in hot sauce but they’re great plain or in veggie dip/dressing.
