Coach James Franklin fulfilled thousands of Penn Staters’ wildest dreams when he invited JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers to the first game of the 2016 season at a press conference on Thursday.
@PennStateFball tweeted a video of Coach Franklin saying, “I’d love to get Jordan and JoJo on the sideline for a game. I think that would be pretty cool.” Indeed Coach, that would be pretty cool.
According to ESPN, Jordan, a former professional football quarterback, ESPN analyst, and -most importantly- the most recent winner of “The Bachelorette,” replied to Franklin’s offer via twitter. Jordan not only complimented Penn State by saying that “those core values stuck with” him, but also accepted the offer saying “a trip to Happy Valley will def happen.”
With a visit from the happy couple, the coming of football season in Happy Valley is now more anticipated than ever.
Jordan, hopefully Beaver Stadium will be seeing you on Sept. 3.
