JAX Bar & Kitchen has the most underrated deals in State College right now. From 10 p.m. to midnight, happy hour includes all well drinks, long islands, blowjob shots and $2.50 pints. Tuesday is special at JAX because of their Sex Trivia from 9-11 p.m. where the top three teams receive a goodie bag of sex toys and gift cards. Delicious Flatbreads for $5 are also offered from 7-10 p.m.
