If you have not heard of Orangetheory Fitness, it is a cardio and strength-based gym that aims to work all of your muscle groups. Similar to Orangetheory Fitness, F45 is a HIIT style workout that lasts 45 minutes. Depending on the day, the workout can consist of cardio, strength or a mixture of both. Unlike many studios in the area, Fitology offers a mix of classes. They offer strength training cardio cycling HIIT style workouts, and yoga.
