If you haven’t picked up on it yet, I’m a huge fan of smoothies. They’re always filling, can substitute for a meal or dessert and can be made in basically any combination.
I was inspired by personal trainers I follow on Instagram, who always post delicious smoothie ideas. I took inventory of what food I had and decided to combine some classic ingredients to create this tasty, raspberry mango treat. Take less than five minutes of your day to try this awesome smoothie.
You’ll Need:
1 1⁄2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup fat free milk
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Add milk, raspberries, and mango to the blender.
2. Pulse the blender until the fruit is mixed together but not completely smooth.
3. Add the honey and mix in with a spoon to get it to the bottom of the blender.
4. Blend until you have a creamy smooth texture but beware of over blending.
5. Serve and enjoy!
Don’t forget my helpful tip: Blend soap and water in the blender to ensure easy clean-up.
