Not everyone is blessed with a love for the gym – some hate even just the thought of it! There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this, except it’ll hurt you in the long run (no pun intended)

We all want to be able to run (okay, maybe pun intended) and keep up with the world when we’re older, so exercising now while we’re still young is pretty crucial.
For the girls with a burning hate for the gym, here’s a workout that’s not so bad and still keeps you in shape.
Abs
For this you don’t even have to get out of bed!
20 single leg raises on each side
25 crunches
20 reverse crunches
25 Russian twists
1 minute plank
(repeat once)
Legs
20 squats (with or without weights)
30 second wall sit
20 standing calf raises
10 lunges on each side
(repeat twice)
Cardio
30 jumping jacks
10 burpees
60 seconds of high knees
45 seconds of mountain climbers
(repeat twice)
Arms
15 girl push-ups
15 tricep dips
10 bicep curls with weights
10 shoulder press with weights
15 bent over rows with weights
(repeat once)
You can do all of these for a full body workout, or just pick a few. Then you can say, “Hey, at least I did something today!”
