With the 2024 Presidential election, various political commentators are on the rise, including Jack Schlossberg. Also known as @Jackuno on Instagram, he seems to be everywhere at the moment, from our hearts to talk shows, Vogue Magazine and the Democratic National Convention.
Who is Jack Schlossberg?
Jack Kennedy Schlossberg is a journalist and social media personality who is a graduate of both Yale and Harvard University. In July, Vogue announced that he was appointed to become their new Political Correspondent.
Schlossberg is the son of Edwin Schlossberg and Caroline Kennedy, the daughter of Jackie Onassis and John F. Kennedy. Yes, those Kennedys… He comes from a rather powerful and notable family, which some may call nepotism at its finest.
Given his background, Schlossberg has been in the spotlight his whole life. In the past, he has been interviewed alongside his mom to speak about elections and other important topics on shows such as PBS NewsHour and The Today Show.
Why are People Obsessed With Him?
On TikTok, @Jake.Schlossberg has about 435k followers and 5.9 million likes. While on Instagram, he has 406k followers. Since being appointed as correspondent, he has been on the campaign trail with Second Gentleman, Doug Emhoff and also Pennsylvania Governor, Josh Shapiro.
At the Democratic National Convention, Schlossberg addressed the crowd and gave a speech about how Presidential Candidate, Vice President Kamala Harris’ mission mirrors the ideals of his grandfather, John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States.
“Like President Kennedy, Vice President Harris has dedicated her life to public service. She believes in America like my grandfather did, that we do things not because they are easy, but because they are hard.”

The Power of @JackUno
On his social media, Schlossberg has made plenty of videos that feature his goofy yet charming personality. His content ranges anywhere from posting about the importance of exercising your right to vote in the upcoming election to videos of him dancing in Walmart to singing along to Pitbull in his car.
He was recently on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” and played his favorite game with Kimmel, “Condiment or Sauce” and spoke about his uncommon love of mayonnaise, which he likes to put on pizza. When asked about his content, Schlossberg replied…
“What I’m trying to do with my videos is to bring some levity and some humor to serious political issues.”

With his sharp jawline and dreamy gaze, Schlossberg’s priority at the moment remains clear: to encourage people, especially younger generations, to exercise their right to vote.
“The only thing more important than mayonnaise to me is showing up to vote in this election. We’ve got to show up to vote.”
