Fall is finally almost here, and although it may still be 80 degrees outside, it’s never too early for fall-themed candles, meals, drinks and more. These four recipes for fall-themed overnight oats are guaranteed to spice up your mornings and fuel your day.
Pumpkin Spice
What You’ll Need
- ⅓ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (or substitute non-dairy yogurt — use this coconut yogurt for a true Greek yogurt consistency)
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ⅔ cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
- Sweetener of choice (as much as you’d like!)
- ½ cup plain pumpkin purée
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
What You’ll Do
- Whisk together all the ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon the oat mixture into a jar and tighten the lid.
- Refrigerate your oats overnight (or longer!) before indulging. Enjoy them at home, on the go or in class!
Apple Pie
What You’ll Need
