Focusing at home can be super tough…Here’s a playlist to keep you in the zone while quarantine has you down.
Here’s some study tips to keep in mind!
- Take a 5–10 minute break every hour.
- Keep snacks on hand, but don’t let them be a distraction!
- Stay hydrated.
- Turn your phone off (and consider leaving it in another room!).
- Don’t study in your bed — set clear boundaries of where you sleep versus where you do your schoolwork.
