“Espresso” singer and Disney Channel alum, Sabrina Carpenter has just embarked on her first area tour for her most recent hit album Short N’ Sweet. Sabrina’s catchy songs and iconic stage presence have skyrocketed her to stardom. However, another standout aspect to her fast rise in fame is her amazing style choices. Since the opening show of her tour a few nights ago, Sabrina’s outfits seem to be better than ever and deserve recognition.
Pastels are the New Black
If there’s one thing Sabrina knows well, it’s her color palette. She dresses in shades that compliment her fair skin and blonde hair. Pastels have been some of the main colors Sab has been rocking since the opening show. Versions of her performance outfits in light pink, blue and yellow have all debuted so far. These colors are super fun and go hand in hand with the feminine and pop-star aesthetic her music has.
Sparkles, Sparkles and More Sparkles
Sabrina is constantly decked out in rhinestones and glitter from head to toe and it really screams POPSTAR! Her outfits on this tour are filled with more glitter than ever and VALLEY is here for it. This is part of what separates her street style outfits from those that are first sold-out-arena-tour worthy. Her outfits of the night help her shine both literally and figuratively.
Feminine and Sexy
Another thing that makes Sabrina’s style so unique is her ability to encapsulate both feminine and sexy silhouettes. Her outfits are both graceful and seductive at the same time. From the babydoll dresses to the form fitting bodysuits, her tour wardrobe is the definition of Short N’ Sweet. Light colors and soft fabrics aren’t usually associated with sensuality but Sabrina has accumulated a style that does both.
Sleepover at the Short N’ Sweet Tour
If there was a phrase that captures the essence of this tour it’s “slumber party with the girls.” Sabrina’s and her dancers’ outfits resemble night time wear if your pajamas were featured in New York Fashion Week. Frilly lace and satin make for what is pop concert meets Blair Waldorf’s iconic slumber party from “Gossip Girl.” This aesthetic has been growing in popularity thanks to Sabrina. Fans have even been dressing in fun pajamas to match the vibes of the show.
