Tailgate Looks to Get You Blue and White Weekend Ready

Game day is quickly approaching.  The streets of downtown State College will soon be packed with families and friends eager for some Penn State Football after a long semester without Saturday football.  Is your wardrobe tailgate-ready?  

For many of us, we packed up and sent our game day attire — aside from the classic Timbs or white converse — home after our final game of the season.  However it is time to bring back the oversized jerseys, Nittany Lion ears and endless beads for the 2:00 p.m. kick off this Saturday, April 16.  Forget what you need for a football Saturday? Our third look we have involves a fun clothing item — overalls!  This Valley favorite can be worn by throwing on a PSU bandeau, reflective blue sunglasses and multiple beads to add some spirit.  Don’t forget the paw print face sticker to tie it all together. This fun, easy look will be perfect for Blue and White weekend.  

Whose number will you be repping this weekend?  This last look should be very familiar to most of us — the oversized jersey.  Simple yet fun, all you need is a jersey that is two sizes too big and you are set.  The Family Clothesline downtown is having a huge jersey sale so grab one before they’re all gone!  Finish your look by adding a PSU face sticker or bow and make your way to Beaver Stadium.
