Football season might be for the men, but the women and girlfriends of football, now that’s for the girls. A select few have been following the WAGs of football for years now. However, for most female NFL watchers, Alix Earle and Taylor Swift officially joining the WAG squad caught their eye.
Simone Biles
Although people might forget that the record-breaking Olympic Gymnast Simone Biles is a part of the WAG group, Biles is married to Johnathan Owens, who plays safety for the Chicago Bears. Biles and Owens got married in 2023, where she has been seen supporting her husband at many Bears games.
When she isn’t bedazzled from head to toe in Team USA, Biles is wearing orange and blue to support her husband. Biles is often seen wearing customized tops, jackets and sweatshirts featuring the Bears, Owens or her husband’s number.
Alix Earle
Since 2023, influencer Alix Earle has been dating Miami Dolphins player Braxton Berrios. Earle has always been known for her style, but it’s not common knowledge that she has worn her Dolphins gear almost every game since the two started dating.
Earle’s style is by far one of the best examples for female NFL viewers in their twenties. Earle turns heads in her up-to-date fashion choices like bomber jackets, mini skirts and parachute pants. From cute summer tailgate outfits to Dolphins bomber jackets, the 23-year-old has become a WAG fan favorite.
Olivia Culpo
Former Miss Universe and recently married Olivia Culpo had the wedding of the year, and the best football game outfits EVERY year. Culpo married San Francisco 49ers player Christian McCaffery this past summer. Culpo has been extremely active in the fashion world for years, best shown with her wedding dress that was designed by Dolce & Gabbana.
Culpo’s presence and style at NFL games easily catch your eye, and she’s quickly becoming a fan favorite. Culpo usually sticks to a simpler style, with vintage sweatshirts and t-shirts.
Taylor Swift
America’s sweetheart and singer/songwriter Taylor Swift quickly went from singing “Karma is the guy on the screen” to “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs.” After officially launching her Kansas City Chiefs boyfriend, Travis Kelce, Swift has become a fan favorite WAG.
Although the male audience of the NFL might disagree, the Swifties love seeing her outfits and on-screen presence. On a break from her world tour, Swift is seen rocking her Chiefs gear in her suite at Arrowhead Stadium. Swift’s outfits typically include matching sets, denim and bomber jackets.
Brittany Mahomes
Former college soccer player Brittany Mahomes has been in the WAG loop for some time now. In 2012, while they were in high school, Brittany started dating her now husband, Patrick Mahomes. She stood by him throughout their college years at The University of Texas and Texas Tech, before Mahomes was drafted to the Kansas City Chiefs in 2018.
The Mahomes were married in 2022, leaving Brittany in the WAG spotlight for 6 years counting this fall. Mahomes is often seen as comfortable and stylish, keeping up with the trends but also staying warm in the cold weather. Year after year, Mahomes has had the best outfits of the season and has definitely become a fan favorite.
