What you’ll need:
For the salad:
large mixing bowl
cooking pot
squash
1 cup of quinoa
1 cup of sliced green grapes
pomegranate seeds
broccoli
spinach
For the dressing:
½ of a lemon
2 cloves of garlic
olive oil
salt & pepper
